How can I book?
You can book either online or by phone by calling free on 0800 111 6274 . The best prices are available online.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard*, Visa*, Delta and Switch. (*Please note that a handling fee of 2.5% will be charged on payments by credit card).
How do I make a special request on a booking?
You can make a special request by calling free on 0800 111 6274 . We will then pass your request onto the cruise supplier, however we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
If there is a mistake on my confirmation documents what should I do?
Please email the details of the error to customerservices@lowcostcruising.com remembering to quote your booking reference, and a contact phone number in case of any queries.
If I need to change my booking what do I do?
Please email the details of the change to customerservices@lowcostcruising.com or call free on 0800 111 6274 . Please note, a charge may be made for making the change.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
If you make your booking online, you will receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference number at the end of the booking. Please print the page or write down the booking reference number. We will also send you an email confirming the details of your booking.
How do I make a group booking?
For group bookings please call free on 0800 111 6274 .
What documents will you send me and when?
Full details of what documents you should expect and when will be shown on the confirmation page of this site after you have completed your booking. Cruise documentation will be posted to you in the normal manner when received from the supplier.
Prices
Are prices shown per cabin or per person?
The prices shown are per person based on 2 people sharing a cabin. Single supplements will apply.
What additional charges will there be?
Not included in the price of your cruise holiday for example are shore excursions and personal expenses such as on board drinks, laundry charges, health and beauty treatments, hairdressing, telephone calls etc.
