- How can I book?
You can book either online or by calling one of our dedicated sales consultants on 0844 372 2279 - What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard*, Visa*, Delta and Switch. (*Please note that a handling fee of 2.5% will be charged on payments by credit card). - If I need to change my booking or make a special request what do I do?
Please email the details of the change to customerservices@lowcostcruising.com or call 0844 372 2279. Please note, the cruise line may apply a charge for any changes made to your booking. - How do I know my booking is confirmed?
If you make your booking online, you will receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference number at the end of the booking. Please print the page or write down the booking reference number. We will also send you an email confirming the details of your booking. - How do I make a group booking?
For group bookings please call 0844 372 2279. - How do I cancel my booking?

Full details of what documents you should expect and when will be shown on the confirmation page of this site after you have completed your booking. Cruise documentation will be posted to you in when received from the cruise line.
